Mountain Creek Represent.

It may seem funny to some of you that at least Roald and John proudly display their home mountain as Mountain Creek.  After all, it’s just a molehill of dirty snow with a 400 ft vertical somewhere in Jersey, isn’t it?

Perhaps – but just cause you represent Creek doesn’t mean you can’t throw down:

Thanks to Youtube user kweft for the great vid.

I Can’t Wait Until January.

Please note a snowboarder was taking all the footage.

Note: I’m an Internet retard and can’t seem to figure out the embedding, so visit the actual video here.

That’s It, That’s All?

Is that really it?  Is that really all?  After watching this extraordinary DVD…the answer to that question (for me anyway) is hell fucking no LOL.   This by far has been one of my favorite snowboarding DVDs to date…and I think I’ve watched quite a few.  To make things clear, if you are interested in a jib friendly street riot, this is not for you.  But…if you are looking for some raw and insane powder riding…then grab a sandwich and sit down for some dopeness.

This DVD, definitely expresses the passion behind snowboarding.  It’s basically a pros version of your ideal snowboarding day.  Wake up, clear skies, your favorite riding crew and some powey pow pow.  Fortunate for them, their ideal day includes the amazing views of New Zealand and hip deep powder…along with perfectly built hits and snowmobiles to drag your lazy ass around.

For anyone that loves snowboarding, I/WE definitely think this is a worth while hour of your life.  Watching this DVD not only makes you want to go out and try some shit…but it makes you remember why you love snowboarding. Although you don’t have cameras in my face, or sign autographs, or make the cover of Transworld Snowboarding…the guys in this DVD definitely capture that after all of that shit…snowboarding is about you and your homies having a good ass time and pushing each other to try, to fall, and to have fun.

So, that is NOT it, and that is NOT all…when it’s all said and done, this DVD will make you want to ride harder and have as much fun on whatever dingy mountain you call home.  Even though we may never see the types of pow lines the pros do, it makes you appreciate whatever slush, groomers, powders, or even ICE that you have to ride to get your fix in.

Word to the wise…watch that shit bich.
